We stand behind the quality of our dookie bags—but if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at sales@pickupmydookie.com with your order number to initiate a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a replacement for a defective item? Email us a photo and description of the issue, and we’ll send a fresh pack of dookie bags your way—free of charge.
